We provide the launchpad, you provide the execution.
Standard 2-4% equity for full incubation support. No hidden fees. No clawbacks on failure.
IP & Ownership
Your Idea, Your Asset.
Students retain 100% ownership of intellectual property developed during incubation, unless university resources significantly contributed to the invention.

Data Protection: We collect minimal data required to process applications. We comply with DPDP Act, 2023.
Confidentiality: Your pitch decks are treated with confidentiality.
Code of Conduct: KEIC Foundation is a safe space for builders. Any form of harassment results in immediate expulsion.
Ethics & Compliance
Academic Integrity
All ventures must comply with university academic policies. Plagiarism or IP theft results in immediate removal.
Inclusive Environment
We foster diversity. Discrimination based on gender, religion, or background is strictly prohibited.
Legal Compliance
All incubated startups must comply with Indian laws including GST, Companies Act, and labour regulations.
NDAs & Confidentiality
Founders must sign NDAs where applicable. We protect your ideas within reasonable limits.
Mentorship Agreement
What You Can Expect From Mentors
- Weekly 1:1 office hours (30-60 minutes)
- Strategic guidance on product, market, and fundraising
- Warm introductions to relevant investors and partners
- Honest feedback, even when it's uncomfortable
What's Expected From You
- Show up prepared with specific questions and updates
- Execute on feedback within agreed timelines
- Respect mentor's time—be punctual, communicate proactively
- Report progress through weekly standups and milestone updates
Conflict Resolution
We understand that conflicts can arise—between co-founders, with mentors, or regarding IP matters. KEIC Foundation provides a structured resolution process to handle disputes fairly.
Informal Mediation
First, reach out to your assigned mentor or program manager. Most issues can be resolved through open dialogue.
Formal Grievance
Submit a written complaint to the KEIC Foundation Grievance Cell. Resolution within 14 working days.
Arbitration Panel
For unresolved disputes, a 3-member panel (1 founder rep, 1 KEIC Foundation rep, 1 external) makes the final binding decision.
All disputes are subject to Gurugram jurisdiction. Legal proceedings, if any, shall be conducted in Hindi or English.
